This class will focus on practicing relaxation through holding poses using props and bolsters. Pranayama and breathing techniques will restore balance and harmony. Deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Suitable for all levels. Therapeutic Yoga.
This can be a wonderful class if your energy is low and generally you are feeling out of sorts. Based on Hatha Yoga, most of the poses are floor based and supported. Your only focus in the class is to really let go, be present and focus on the breath. The postures are designed to restore health and vitality and can be so restful you will feel like you have had a sleep. All levels welcome from Beginners through to advanced students. Everyone can benefit from this class.
This class runs on the last Friday of each month with Gerry 7.15pm-8.30pm. Booking is advised. Drop in £10 or use your class pass.
