Three Peaks Yoga Retreat with Sarah & Sarah.

A fabulous walking and yoga retreat with the two Sarah B’s in the stunning Yorkshire Dales. Staying in a superb bunk barn at the base of Whernside there will be an opportunity to walk one peak a day led by Sarah Booth. Sarah Blenkhorn will guide you through morning yoga and pranayama practice to get you ready for your peak challenge and then lead you through a soothing practice to ease those tired muscles and wind you down for the evening.

We have a fabulous chef Jo Thorner on board who will be cooking up a Vegetarian/Vegan taste sensation Friday evening through to Sunday lunch (6 meals included). A good level of fitness is required for walking along and decent walking boots and waterproofs. Friday and Saturdays walk will be leaving from the Bunk barn door and Sunday a small drive to the bottom of Peny-gent (Sunday options to pack up car before or return to bunk barn and vacate by 5pm)

Schedule

Friday 22nd November 2019-

Meet 1000 hrs. at the bunk barn for walk up Ingleborough peak (full details provided). Please bring a packed lunch and drink for this first peak.

1600 hrs. approx., return to bunk barn for tea & cake and time to settle in.

1730 hrs. gentle, longer held stretch and release yin yoga and meditation with Sarah

1930 hrs. veggie/vegan dinner

Saturday 23rd November 2019

07:30 hrs.  optional cup of tea in bed brought to you by Sarah and Sarah!

08:00 hrs. pre yoga smoothie available

0830 hrs. Rise and Shine yoga to get you ready for your second peak.

1000 hrs. Breakfast.

1100 hrs. set off up Whernside peak (packed lunch provided).

1600 hrs. approx., return to bunk barn, tea & cake and time to chill.

1730 hrs.  gentle, longer held stretch and release yin yoga and meditation with Sarah.

1930 hrs. veggie/vegan dinner.

Sunday 24th November 2019

0830 hrs. Rise and shine yoga to get you ready for your third and final peak.

1000 hrs. Breakfast.

1100 hrs. Set off for Pen Y Gent (packed lunch provided).

1600 hrs. return and head home!

 

Your hosts –

Sarah Blenkhorn is a Senior teacher and has been teaching yoga for 13 years at the Yoga Space in Leeds. She has more recently undertaken 50 hrs. of Yin Yoga training which she now combines with her Yang enthusiasm. She aims to prepare your body, mind and spirit for your three peak challenge (no rocket yoga – promise!) and also hopes to release those tired feet, legs, hips and back at the end of the day! Sarah has a love for the outdoors and enjoys taking her two school age daughters up hill and down dale when she is not doing yoga!

Sarah Booth has been a yoga practitioner for over 10 years and is a regular at the Yoga Space. Once a runner, Sarah turned to yoga to compliment her sporty endurance training. Over the years she has shifted to being a yogini and outdoor adventurer. When not doing yoga she can be found up a mountain or walking most weekends.

Investment – £250 pp includes two nights accommodation in shared dorms, all food and refreshments from Friday eve to Sunday lunch and all yoga and meditation classes. Transport not included. We can try arrange car sharing which is encouraged.
