Beginners Vinyasa Flow


A perfect introduction to the fundamentals of Vinyasa style Yoga. Perfect for absolute Beginners.


This class will introduce you to the foundations of vinyasa style yoga and look at linking postures, moving with the breath and building confidence to prepare you for our Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Fusion classes. Expect lots of leg work as you learn standing postures, core work as you learn to move from your centre and improve your health, strength, flexibility and general wellbeing.

Your Teacher

With a background in dance Steph has a creative and fresh approach to yoga sequencing and teaching. She completed her yoga teacher training with studio director Nichi in 2016 and has been teaching at the studio ever since. She loves blending yoga with movement and a mindful breath practice. She is a soothing, encouraging and super smiley teacher. You will love her classes. We do!!

Join our lovely teacher Stephanie for this class which will run on Wednesdays 8pm-9.15pm. All levels welcome.
