Beginners Vinyasa Flow

INTRODUCTION

A perfect introduction to the fundamentals of Vinyasa style Yoga. Perfect for absolute Beginners. This class will run the 2nd and third Saturday of each month.

BEGINNERS VINYASA FLOW

This class will introduce you to the foundations of vinyasa style yoga and look at linking postures, moving with the breath and building confidence to prepare you for our Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Fusion classes. Expect lots of leg work as you learn standing postures, core work as you learn to move from your centre and improve your health, strength, flexibility and general wellbeing.
Join our lovely teacher Stephanie for this class which will run on the 2nd and 3rd Saturday of each month. Its a great class to get you started with your yoga practice.

2nd and 3rd Saturday of the month 9.45am-11am. £10 drop in £5 new taster or use your class pass.

Pregnancy & Post Natal

Fine for 1st and 2nd trimester if you already have a yoga practice.

Join our regular vinyasa classes once you have got the basics and have developed some strength and fluidity.
