MORNING YOGA WITH SARAH
Start your week in a positive way in this general yoga class suitable for all levels and abilities.
drawing on a mix of styles, themes and techniques so we can feel refreshed, energised, calm and ready for the week ahead.
This class runs every Monday 10am-11am with Sarah. Drop in is £7. Some experience is useful but all are welcome to this uplifting class.
