Yoga and Meditation
INTRODUCTION
A class that incorporates asana practice and meditation for all levels. A great class to combine with vinyasa and ashtanga classes. Taught by Kathryn.
YOGA AND MEDITATION
Join us for this weekly yoga and meditation class to move your body and calm your mind. This open level class is suitable for all abilities.
This revitalising class will get you moving, boost your energy levels and help to bring a sense of space and peace to your mind.
Expect an uplifting asana class with modifications for all levels to help develop strength, stability and flexibility. We will synchronise movement with breath, turning the asana practice into a moving meditation.
The class will end with a guided, seated meditation and a deep relaxation to bring a feeling of peace and calm to mind and body.
This class runs on a Thursday 5.15pm-6.30pm with Kathryn. All levels welcome. Drop in £7 or use your class pass.

Pregnancy & Post Natal
Fine for 1st and 2nd trimester if you already have a dedicated yoga practice.
