INTRODUCTION

Based on the Primary Series this class will offer a good all round sequence for a dynamic but not to challenging yoga session suitable for all levels.

Join Alex for a burst of Ashtanga perfect for that Friday feeling. Uplift your energy, stamina and strength as she takes you through key postures from the Primary series in our lovely Chapel studio. Small group teaching so you will get plenty of attention and encouragement.

Ashtanga builds strength and flexibility and is a wonderful practice as it follows a set sequence of movements.Starting with sun salutations you then move through standing poses onto seated all linked with the breath and vinyasas. All welcome.

This class runs on a Friday morning 11am-12.15pm. Please prebook. Drop in £7 or use your class pass.
