Slow Flow with Angela.

What to expect from the open-level flow class:
Angela’s open-level flow classes are open to both (complete) beginners and the more experienced. Her classes have a relaxed, informal atmosphere to provide nourishment for the body and soul!  Each class opens with a short mindfulness meditation to bring awareness to the body and breath. Each class will contain varying sequences and poses to keep the body challenged, yet will have enough familiarity to aid progression.  Angela gives detailed instructions for alignment in postures and poses will include a wide range of movements to increase strength and flexibility. Often the class will have a particular theme each week e.g. focusing on a body part (such as hamstrings, core, shoulders) or breaking-down and preparing-for a particular posture.  Each class will be adapted to the needs of the individual and modifications are offered to ensure you can practise safely and choose the best pose to suit you.  Angela’s classes are fun and challenging; remember all postures are optional so if it’s not right for you then skip it…but if you fancy a challenge then join in!
About Angelaangela tadasana
Angela found yoga in 1998 and has been practicing and loving it ever since!  She has a fun and friendly approach to yoga and believes that there is a style to suit everyone; everybody’s journey is different and this individuality should be nurtured.  Angela has a strong focus on mindfulness, both on and off the mat, which has helped her manage anxiety and stay present to find peace in our often hectic world.
