4 Week Beginners Courses


These courses are a great Introduction to Yoga for absolute beginners or those of you that haven’t rolled out a mat for a few years. It can be a bit daunting going to your first yoga class with lots of people so here you get intimate small group teaching to get you ready for general beginners classes.

Its a good idea to come to a beginners course if you can before joining general classes. especially if you have never done any yoga before.


Over the 4 weeks you will learn how to breathe in your yoga practice- the most important bit!! Your teacher will guide you through sun salutations, how to move with the breath and introduce key standing postures and some seated practice. You will also learn some meditation techniques and each session will finish with a guided relaxation.  By the end of the course you will feel confident to join a general beginners class and have a good knowledge on basic alignment, using props and a clear understanding of what yoga is. We encourage you to start doing some sun salutations at home to build up your strength and body, breath connection. Whats more you can still take up our £20 offer for your first month after your course and really get into your yoga practice.

About Natalie;

Having dealt with stress and anxiety in the workplace herself, Nat understands the challenges of modern life and how holistic well being can

equip clients to deal with pressures in their own lives.

Nat works to tailor small group or one to one sessions to the needs and abilities of participants, supporting and guiding students to self nurture. 

She promotes sustainable yoga so that it can be used in the everyday, on and off the mat and throughout a long and full life. Her style has a strong focus on meditation and mindfulness to help clients remain present, in control of their body and breath and confident to surf the waves of life! 

Nat completed her teacher training with YogaLondon in 2016 specialising in vinyasa flow and Ashtanga vinyasa and went on to study yin yoga with Norman Blair in 2018. Nat also offers restorative classes, hatha and yoga nidra classes. 


Cost for the 4 week course is £35. This includes all equipment and teaching.
