We understand that undertaking any training is a big step. It takes time, energy and focus as well as being a big financial commitment. Yoga is a wonderful subject to study and immerse yourself in. Its such a rich and diverse topic bringing together philosophy, spirituality and physical practice. Maybe you aren’t sure if you are ready to start Teacher Training yet?Over this full weekend you will have a chance to explore asana practice, history of yoga, teaching practice, group work and find out all about our brand new modular Art of Vinyasa Training Course. You will also get a chance to work with Nichi, course director and one of our recent graduates. We will look at the course syllabus and how it works, assisting and observing, homework and teaching. There’s no commitment to join the course after the weekend. We will speak to each student individually and offer guidance and answer any questions you may have. You can start take the 2nd module in September or in 2021. Once you have signed up to our foundation weekend you will be sent a homework assignment, reading list and contacted by Nichi for a call or meeting.
