We are teaming up with Loti Yoga to bring you this wonderful class with Jack that works on your flexibility and mobility and is a fantastic partner class to any fitness training or yoga practice.
Working specifically on backbending, splits and deeply into the hips you can expect a full body stretch with plenty of tips and guidance around staying safe and strong when working into these postures.
Jack came to yoga from a sports background, after more than 10 years as a personal trainer & kids coach. Craving a more spiritual outlet for his energy, Jack discovered Ashtanga & quickly made it a part of his daily routine.
His teaching style is energetic & strength-based. Using his immense knowledge of human anatomy, Jack will push you to achieve your potential in a safe & alignment-focused way.
