Gerry’s life has been rooted in movement with a background in dance and choreography, she brings people together to share positive physical experiences. Her inspirations come from dance and yoga flow with a grounding in Iyengar and Hatha techniques. She completed the 200hr Union Yoga teacher-training in 2015 with Brian Cooper.
She teaches Hatha, flow, yin, and restorative yoga at the studio and has an excellent understanding of yoga, movement, body mechanics and how to share yoga that is both accessible and deeply moving.
Gerry’s yoga class will invite you to open the body and mind, and leave you feeling relaxed and calm for the rest of the day.
Gerry teaches on Wednesdays at 10am, Sundays at 4.30pm and 6pm and runs a monthly Restorative class on the last Friday of each month.
