Helena is a Senior Yoga Teacher, first qualifying in 2012. As a super active person her first yoga love was Bikram yoga, which she discovered was the perfect therapy after a summer as a Cycle Leader for charity London to Paris rides.
Over the years of teaching and training, which includes Core Strength Vinyasa; Yoga for Sports; Strala Yoga and other influences such as Somatics, Barre and Restore your Core, Helena has developed her own unique approach to the physical side of yoga. Focused on the physical therapy that yoga blended with all these other practices can bring, to help people feel confident in their body and movement. This is great not only for sports, but for supporting your physical yoga practice and energising you for everyday life.
Helena’s classes are going to leave you feeling energised, many of them being more of a workout than a deeper spiritual practice.
