At 29, barely being able to reach past her knees and suffering the ill effects of a wild social life and sedentary desk job, Sarah discovered Yoga.
Forming a solid self-practice whilst travelling abroad in 2002 and upon her return to the UK in 2003 she became and remains Nichi’s student. She was extremely proud to qualify as a Yoga teacher in 2006 and considers this one of her greatest achievements.
Sarah’s classes are fun and light-hearted yet dynamic and rejuvenating. She offers a wealth of knowledge through her own experiences of Yoga and personal life challenges. She has utmost respect for personal boundaries and limitations and she will always find a way for the individual to proceed.
Juggling a 24 year career in the public sector, family life with two daughters in primary school and Yoga, Sarah has been a dedicated practitioner for the last 15 years. She continued her practice through both pregnancies and also through serious illness. Always finding time for Yoga has helped her through the ups and downs and is one of the joys of a regular practice.
Sarah teaches at the Yoga Space on Mondays and the first Saturday of each month. She is also qualified to teach pregnancy, post-natal Yoga and Yoga to children and teenagers. She continues her studies attending workshops around the UK on a regular basis. Sarah is a dedicated, thoughtful and compassionate teacher who always has time for her students as well as being a committed member of The Yoga Space team.
