Kerry started practicing yoga after travelling to India in 2003, she soon fell in love with the people the country and the practice so much so she stayed in India for 7 years living between Mumbai and Goa. Realising the benefits of Yoga, Kerry began a daily practice which guided her decision to undertake a teacher training course at the Institute of Yoga in Mumbai. She assisted at the Institute for several years and qualified as a Hatha Yoga Teacher in 2008. Kerry came back to the UK in 2010, on returning to the UK her enthusiasm for yoga turned more towards the dynamic styles of Ashtanga and Vinyasa. Kerry’s continued passion for yoga brought her to practice and study with Nichi Green and Brian Cooper at the Yoga Space in Leeds. She completed her 250 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in June 2017. Kerry is a dedicated and compassionate teacher she believes ‘Yoga is for Everybody’ and wants to enable students to find self-awareness, strength, flexibility and increased range of mobility.
