Family yoga is an incredible way to de-stress and create that bond between family members … breathing laughing and connecting. So simple yet so very special.
Join us for an afternoon of family fun and creativity as we move through our yoga practice together.
Yoga is great for creating a feeling of calm and tranquillity, and can help adults and children to relax in each other’s presence. You’ll feel rejuvenated, fully stretched, overflowing with love in your hearts, and have a sparkle in your eyes!
Family Yoga is open to children (5-12yrs), mums, dads, Grandmas and Grandpas, Carers, aunties, uncles, siblings and cousins. And you do not need to be super fit or flexible, just a willing spirit!
During this session you’ll enjoy:

- light-hearted meditations and breathing practices to calm the mind and body
