3 Peaks Yoga Weekend

Overview

Join Nichi and Sarah for this fantastic weekend of Yoga, Yamuna and walking the 3 peaks in this wonderful location. Time to completely unwind, walk and get away from city life with like minded souls in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Nestled at the bottom of one of the peaks- Whernside- Broadrake is a luxury bunk barn fully equipped for a walking group. All of your meals are provided with healthy and delicious veggie or vegan food- including packed lunches during our walks. ( apart from the friday daytime).  We will walk one peak a day, starting with Whernside on the Friday morning. You can do all 3 walks or just take some time out to relax and read a book.

3 Peaks and Yoga Schedule

Friday 9th November

10am- Meet at the bottom of Whernside to start walk.

4pm- Go to accommodation and settle in.

5.30pm- 6.45pm Yoga and Meditation Class with Nichi

7.30pm Dinner

Saturday 10th November-

8am-9.30am Meditation and Yoga with Nichi

9.30am-10.30am Breakfast

11am Drive to Ingleborough to start walk

4pm Back to accommodation

5.30pm-6.30pm Yamuna Session to roll out legs and back after walking with Nichi

7.45pm Dinner

Sunday 11th November

8am-9.30am Yoga and Meditation with Nichi

9.30am-10.30am breakfast

10.30am pack up

11am departures and set off to walk Pen Y Ghent.

Attending students are expected to have a good general level of fitness. Good waterproof clothing and walking boots are essential. Walks range between 6 to 8 miles per walk with mixed terrain and hill walking.Yoga beginners are very welcome as the yoga will be general Hatha Yoga suitable for all levels.

Nichi has been running Yoga weekends and holidays for the last 13 years and chooses great locations at very reasonable prices. She loves taking groups away to her favourite places and has taught in Northumberland, Lake District, Portugal, Ibiza, Crete and Sri Lanka. Many of her students return time and time again as they enjoy the balance of these retreats and the relaxed schedule. You can do as much or as little as you like.

Nichi is the founder and director of The Yoga Space and has also been teaching on popular online studio Ekhart Yoga for the last 5 years.

Sarah has been a student at the yoga space for over 10 years. Sarah, once a runner ,turned to yoga to compliment her sporty endurance training. Over the years Sarah has shifted to being a yogini and outdoor adventurer.. She can be found up a mountain or walking most weekends. Nichi and Sarah both share a love of nature and wide open spaces as well as a huge sense of fun . This dynamic duo are the perfect team for this mixed adventure retreat.

Investment :£235 per person in shared dormitory style rooms. This includes all guided walks, food( apart from Friday lunch), accommodation and yoga sessions. It does not include transport. Please let us know if you need a lift as we will try and set up car sharing.

Nature lovers and those that like to shake out a tree pose by the sea.Addicted to your phone? Need a screen detox? There’s no phone signal here!Some Yoga experience is good but don’t worry if you haven’t done a downward dog for a while.

Pregnancy & Post Natal

Not suitable for late pregnancy and pregnant ladies welcome if you have a yoga practice already.

Babysitting Services

Bring your partner, mum or non yogi mate to babysit.. they will be made very welcome.
