Join Nichi For this Introduction to Yamuna Body Rolling Online Course as she teaches you the main sequences so that you can practice at home. We will look at a different area of the body each week; legs, hips, torso, shoulders and then whole body in week 4
Yamuna Body Rolling is a fantastic method that teaches you about your anatomy, improves your alignment, circulation, muscle tone and releases tension from muscle and fascia. Anyone can do it. It is an excellent sister practice to yoga , sports and offer relief to athletes, dancers and office workers. Learn how to improve your mobility and optimise your health. If you already have equipment you need 1 black ball and 1 gold, silver or pearl ball to take this course. If you do not have equipment then please select the yamuna with kit option.
If you have already taken this course and want to just drop in week to week just go to our classes page and you can book via our schedule for £8 per class. ( only for students who have taken workshops with Nichi or done the 4 week course and have equipment already)
This course will be taught online via zoom. You need a webcam and are advised to link your laptop or ipad to a large screen for the best experience. Handouts will be given and recordings of video available to rewatch during the course.
