Eka Pada Bakasana is a super strong arm balance which requires a good grounding in Bakasana, the crane or crow pose. This class will prepare you for your journey into Eka Pada Bakasana offering variations and different entries into this pose. The difficulty with Eka Pada Bakasana is that it requires a lot of strength and steadiness but on the flip side it doesn’t require a massive amount of flexibility! Work with the preparatory poses to build your strength , think planks, chaturanga and warrior 3 transitions to build up to this challenging but exciting pose.
