Emmalene has been practicing yoga one way or another for the best part of 20 years. Emmalene believes that through yoga we can support ourselves through all of life’s challenges and she is particularly passionate about how yoga supports mental health. She teaches that yoga allows us to unite our body & mind in a world that so often leads to disconnection. Having lived with stress, anxiety & depression for most of her life, she understands how important it is to find support. Emmalene loves yin yoga and will be teaching deeply relaxing and restorative sessions on Fridays and Sundays at the studio. You can book a class with her here
