Description
In this progressive and informative mini workshop, Sarah takes you through the foundations and preparations for crow pose. Helping you build both upper body and core strength Sarah is adept at creating a practice for all levels. A little bit of yoga experience is useful and please don’t attempt this class if you have any wrist or shoulder injuries. Everyone can have a go and work towards this wonderful arm balance.
This is an experienced level vinyasa class. 2 Yoga Bricks or firm books required.
