Enjoy all 3 of our ‘workshop’ classes that explore building the strength and skills for the 3 different crow pose variations.
- Class 1: Building up the foundational strength and awareness for Bakasana / Crow pose.
- Class 2: A great progressive vinyasa practice to give you all the preparation, techniques and knowledge to approach a twisted crow pose variation.
- Class 3: Eka Pada Bakasana is a super strong arm balance which requires a good grounding in Bakasana, the crane or crow pose
You will need 2 blocks for these classes.
