This class offers a focus on the hips that supports improved mobility, control and strength. As someone who is active, runs or cycles we don’t want our hip flexibility to mean that we lose power or stability in this area. We need to have a balance between the freedom of better flexibility, strength and control. This class provides just that. Helena moves you through controlled ranges of motion, strengthening movements and stretching. You will feel very connected to your hips and feel strong and ready for anything.
This is an energising Hatha, suitable for all levels. Have a yoga brick to hand.
