Description
This class develops the core strength needed for running. Particularly hip flexor strength which most people struggle with (they get weak and tight from sitting), and are key in lifting the leg in running or walking. You will also build strength in your obliques, and glutes. This all helps create a strong torso, the powerhouse of your running.
This Hatha style of class is suitable for students who have some yoga experience though this class is pretty accessible for most levels. Taught by Helena.
