Emma brings over 16 years of teaching experience and 28 years of personal practice in Yoga and Meditation.
She trained with Sun Power Yoga (200hrs) and Rasa Yoga (500hrs) and has additional certifications in Yoga Nidra, Womb Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Sound Healing, and has been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2002.
Emma’s teaching style is rooted in traditional Hatha and Himalayan Yoga principles, blending embodied movement sequences with a breath-centered approach. She emphasizes full-body awareness and alignment to encourage a deeper connection to self.
