Jack firmly believes that yoga is a journey towards a healthier body & mind. Jack teaches an alignment-based style, suitable for the modern body, whatever your age or limitations. His classes will help you build practical strength & flexibility to benefit your body for years to come & help prevent injury. Every pose has a purpose, every movement is functional & every exercise can be applied to your daily life. His classes are delivered at a calm and friendly place, free from judgement & expectation. He encourages his students to develop their own unique yoga practice, gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their bodies.
