In this short flow we practice with grace. We use some visual images such as moving through water and sensing the ground to bring awareness and grace to our movement.

In this practise we slowly flow through some hip stretches to counter the clench from the chilly weather! We enjoy some lunges and squats while harnessing the breath to allow us to gently venture deeper.
