Expect lizards and more lizards to really get into those hips! Also expect some core and shoulder strength work using knee to chest and outer arm in plank pose.
This flow is all about the neck upper back and shoulders. A slower paced flow that includes everything to mobilise, stretch and soothe tense shoulders.
We can often feel scattered in our energy, and anxious in our thoughts, and find it hard to settle. This Yin practice invites you to stay steady in the poses with the breath.
No props required for this deep stretching class, unless you need support for pigeon pose and a nice cosy blanket for savasana.
In this short flow we practice with grace. We use some visual images such as moving through water and sensing the ground to bring awareness and grace to our movement.

In this practise we slowly flow through some hip stretches to counter the clench from the chilly weather! We enjoy some lunges and squats while harnessing the breath to allow us to gently venture deeper.
