This class will relate to the heart/lung meridian, and especially the pericardium…the ‘heart protector’ Poses that open and support the armpits, chest, ribs.
Balancing energy through the body can be empowering and invigorating. Yoga can restore energy and nourishment to the whole body as well as specific areas that feel lacking or problematic.
Left-right-front-back-head-tail. This class will invite you to make connections through the body, and join the dots.
A class for ‘grounding’ this class is a good opportunity just to settle, find our core, our feet and use that as a strength in balance and standing poses as well as in connecting to ourselves and our breath.
This class takes you through practices that support and strengthen your immune system.
A nice opportunity to think about and focus on the thoracic area. The upper back can get stiff and tight, and we can close down emotionally.
A very relaxing class. Lots of long stretches, and floor-based poses to help you feel relaxed and open.
Feeling the wingspan in arms and shoulders. This class encourages a length from arm to arm as if we had wings, this will help to open tight shoulders and make space in the ribs front and back.
