Free your breath…..this flow is focused on making space around the diaphragm and side body to enable us to breathe more easily. The class begins include some movement meditation to connect to the breath then we open the side body with gate pose, triangle and half moon pose and bridge.
A flow with lots of emphasis on opening the hips and strengthening the pelvic area. Lots of flowing through goddess pose, squats and a standing split.
A journey to dancers pose. We will look at all the elements that are needed in this pose. Starting with connecting with our heart centre. Then work on opening the front of the shoulders.
