Join Steph for this fluid-moving practice which brings in hip work and balancing. Moving towards eagle pose with modifications this practice gently builds and warms you up steadily.
This Yin class will have a focus on all the connective tissue, muscles and fascia around the outer hips, back of the hips and lower back, where we can grip and hold on, emotionally and physically.
In this Hatha class Gerry invites you to encourage a dedicated focus on opening the shoulders, hips and side body, and allowing a sense of opening up through our centre.
Balance. A yin practice offering poses for key areas of the body such as the shoulders, hips, hamstrings, side body and the back. This will help the body to feel balanced and energised throughout .
Filmed on the blue moon, this flow offers crescent moon lunges and half moon balances, and then slowly flows through some preparation postures so we can rise into bakasana with a few tricks to help us lift!
In this class we will work more with the shoulders in preparation for Sarvangasana, Shoulder stand. Expect some simple shoulder warm ups to start, adding in shoulder strengthening in downward dog, binding in parsvskonasana , twists , side bends and Dhanurasansa bow pose too!

Moon Sequences: In honour of the full moon in this class Gerry will share a couple of “Moon Sequences’ for a full body practice.
Join Gerry for a class where you can use the wall as a prop to support poses, help correct alignment, extend further into some poses as well as be playful and have some fun.

Here Nichi introduces a slow flow style for Beginners moving through a sequence and then repeating with the breath. Suitable for all levels.
This class flows through the sun salutations and some standing poses including the warrior sequence to consolidate previous learning around warrior 1.
The long holds in yin, can really transform the space we have in our joints and soft tissue, and encourage healing in fascia tissue, as well as relieving tension and holding patterns.
When we find ourselves in uncertain circumstances we may experience resistance and find ourselves wishing to change things out of our control. This may lead to unhappiness and discontent but we can use our yoga practise to connect with our calm centre and cultivate acceptance of what is.
This class will be a soothing yang/yin style to promote deep relaxation. Starting with some flowing lunge salutations to build some heat in the hips and shoulders and help us connect to our body and breath before slowing it down with some relaxing long-holds.
In this class, we will build heat (tapas) and strength through the whole body with navasana (boat) variations, dolphin, and warrior poses.
