A great morning class to help you build strength both in your upper body and your core. This class loosely follows the Ashtanga Primary Series but flows fluidly adding vinyasas between the asana.
Eka Pada Bakasana is a super strong arm balance which requires a good grounding in Bakasana, the crane or crow pose. This class will prepare you for your journey into Eka Pada Bakasana.
