Warm up and wind down with this collection of classes that will stretch out the whole body from head to toe. The order of classes is sequenced to open up the body in turn. Starting with an all over flow, followed by shoulders and hip-focused sessions. Then in the middle of the collection peaking with some strength work and technique for an (optional!) arm balance, followed by an energising backbends practise. Then slowing down with forwards folds and finishing with a final full body flow. Mindfulness is weaved throughout so at the end of the collection you will have a full body flow glow =)
