Description
This 4 class course takes you through some of the key foundations of yoga, building in each class so you feel confident. It is recommended that you do all of the classes in this series if you are a complete beginner.
Class 1: Nichi introduces breath, moving with the breath and some sun salutes and standing postures. Nicely balanced, slow and steady you can practice this class at any time.
Class 2: Nichi introduces some more standing postures and adds in a couple of twists. You will find this sequence a bit more energising though it still follows a slow and steady pace.
Class 3: Class 1 + 2 Nichi adds in more postures and we flow more smoothly through the practice. You may want to have a couple of blocks to hand.
Class 4: Putting everything together that we have learnt in the last 3 classes. Flow smoothly through sun salutes, standing postures and some seated practice. .
